Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure the highest quality in all our products. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please submit a claim within 15 days of receipt.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

If an error is confirmed to be on our part, we will cover the costs for a replacement or issue a full refund.

To initiate a claim, contact our customer support with a photograph of the issue and a brief description. We will assess the problem and inform you whether the claim for a replacement or refund is approved. If approved, replacements will be shipped within 3 business days. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exemptions from Replacement/Refund

  • Wrong Address: If the delivery address provided is insufficient and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
  • Unclaimed: Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
  • Buyer's Remorse: We encourage you to contact us before initiating any returns.
  • Rejected by Customs: Packages rejected by customers and returned will not qualify for a refund.
  • Product Prepared but Not Shipped: If an order is canceled when it is in an "Accepted" status but has already been prepared, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
